About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and self-driven Business Development Executive to join our growing team in the EV and Automotive Embedded Systems domain. The candidate will play a key role in identifying potential customers, understanding technical requirements, and driving business growth through structured engagement and solution-oriented discussions.

This role requires a blend of commercial acumen and basic technical understanding of automotive embedded systems.

Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics & Communication or in similar domains.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate potential leads in the EV and Automotive domain
  • Work includes travel to Customer Place, Dem
  • Engage with customers through calls, emails, meetings, and site visits
  • Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the technical team for solution feasibility
  • Conduct product demonstrations and portfolio presentations
  • Manage the complete sales lifecycle from lead generation to order closure
  • Handle customer Purchase Orders (POs) and coordinate internally for execution
  • Work closely with the production team to plan forecasts and communicate delivery timelines
  • Provide timely updates to customers on project status and lead times
  • Maintain and update customer data in CRM systems
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution

Required Skills

Soft Skills

  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Customer handling and relationship management
  • Understanding of the sales lifecycle
  • Experience working with CRM tools
  • Basic design and presentation skills (Canva & PowerPoint preferred)

Technical Skills

  • Basic understanding of Automotive Embedded Systems
  • Familiarity with EV industry concepts is an added advantage
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
